  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure:

  • Refunds for undeliverable packages may be issued, minus shipping costs, depending on the product type and condition.
